Taj-Mahal - Baron Hotel - Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt - Red Sea
.

Taj Mahal is a small but gorgeous restaurant located on the beach front with a 180degree view of the sea and Tiran Island, making it a great escape and get away place from the normal bustle of Naama Bay.
The menu has a range of starters, mains and of course desserts with authentic Indian recipes. The Chicken Tikka is a Tandoori dish so the meat is tender and juicy, and it is light on spice – making it ideal for someone new to Indian food.
If you looking for a more traditional curry dish with a bit of a kick try the Chicken Madras. It is quite spicy so it's definitely not for the faint hearted, you can ask for less spice in any of the dishes if you want.
The Baron is a 5 star hotel, so the prices match, although it is good value for the quality.
To sum it up: quality service, great food and a great location.
