the Hyatt hotel is one of the best restaurants in Sharm el Sheikh. Both
the food and the service are 5 Star. Remember though that Thai food
can be spicy and this restaurant has Thai chefs. The Kitchen is situated
at the end of the restaurant so you can watch everything going into
your dish and the chef can amend any ingredient if necessary. There are two sections, one indoors and the other outside overlooking the Red Sea, which is great when the weather is right. |
