The Blue Ginger restaurant is the special restaurant
of the Ritz Carlton hotel. It is situated downstairs from the reception
with a glass fronted wall along the whole of one side.
It is laid out as a Chinese style with a Tepanaki
table and dark wood furnishings.
The menu is based on one dish from a selection
of Eastern countries. So one dish from India, Japan, China, Thailand,
Malaysia, etc.
All dishes come with the same starter of Prawn
crackers and seeded cracker bread with a couple of dips. They also
all have a soup and steamed rice. This part is a set menu and then
you just choose your main course.
The service and attention to detail is also very
high.
