Location: On the beach front in the newly developed area Nabq north of the airport, approx 20 km to Naama Bay.

Hotel: New hotel built in a village style directly on the beach. The hotel mainly caters for Italian guests. There are two restaurants, the main one serving buffet style food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and Pescatore which serves Italian style grilled seafood and meat. Coccinella is the pool bar serving snacks and beverages, as well as the lobby bar open 24hrs, and the Victoria Pub. The Vienna Café serves ice cream and drinks.

Accommodation: The hotel has 350 rooms comprising of 289 twin rooms, 45 king size bed rooms, 12 Junior suites, and 45 connecting rooms all built in a village style with Nubian inspired architecture. Half of the rooms have a sea view across to Tiran Island, and the other half have views overlooking the landscaped gardens.
All the rooms have standard facilities of a 5* hotel, and have a private balcony or terrace.

Sport and Entertainment: The beach is large and open with soft sand and provides a recreational area for beach volleyball, animation and snorkeling on the shallow reef. There are two tennis courts, a billiard room and a kids club operating daily.
There is a large fresh water swimming pool and also a health club with aerobics area, Jacuzzi, and Turkish bath.
