Hotel: This hotel was built in 1996 directly on the sheltered bay of Sharm el Maya the previous harbor. It is designed in a slightly impersonal way with three stories, long corridors and stairways linking the square blocks of rooms. However the location is excellent for families with young children as it is situated on possibly one of the safest beaches in the area.
There are three restaurants and 3 bars on-site with two International buffet restaurants and one Italian al-a-carte. If non of the restaurants appeal to you then just across the road there are numerous eateries in Sharm el Sheikh 'Old Town'. Terrazzina Beach also offers great seafood and an interesting Russian menu.

Accommodation: The hotel has 254 rooms with all of the standard amenities of a four star hotel. Each room has either a balcony or terrace with sea view, garden view, or pool view. The rooms on the right wing overlooking 'Terrazzina Beach' can be a little noisy on a Friday and on full moon when the venue holds dance music parties.

Sports and entertainment: The hotel has a private beach, health club/spa, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor pool, and a children's pool. There is an on-site Scuba and Snorkeling centre, shopping mall and tennis courts.
