Location: On the desert side of the road in the newly developed Nabq area, north of the airport, approx 24km north of Naama Bay.

Hotel: Modern style hotel, built on three levels. The swimming pool is the centerpiece, with surrounding sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas. There is a children's section of the pool, and a Jacuzzi. The food and beverage facilities include a snack bar, coffee shop, pool bar, and main restaurant serving buffet style food. The hotel runs a shuttle bus service to and from the private beach.

Accommodation: The hotel has 96 rooms situated in the main building, and 16 chalet style rooms. All have A/C, sun terrace or balcony overlooking the swimming pool, satellite T.V, and mini bar. There are 8 junior suites which consist of one separate bed room, living room, terrace and one bathroom and 8 senior suites which consist of two separate bed room, living room, terrace and two bathrooms.
