| The only dolphins in the area are wild ones and very shy. Occasionally they are spotted playing in the bow wave of the dive boats but seeing them underwater is very rare. |
| There is a trip that is arranged with some of the local tour operators up to Nuweiba. Where there is a wild dolphin that has befriended a local Bedouin fisherman. This dolphin is still living in the wild so a lot of the time is not there. She used to be there every day, but recently the sightings have been getting fewer and fewer. |
| A long way to go to snorkel in an area where the coral and fish live is not that good, if the dolphin is not there !! |
